Projects You Are Helping To Complete Every Year

Just to give you a quick overview of some of our projects your duck helps:

  • $20,000 in annual scholarships for local young adults going to college ranging from $2,000 to $5,000
  • Student of the month awards to students who go above and beyond in Northglenn, Thornton, and surrounding areas
  • Raising more than $10,000 for local food banks
  • Maintaining different parks around the area
  • Support to Courts Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) children by purchasing and wrapping presents for kids who would otherwise not have them during the Christmas season
  • And many, many more projects!

What’s the best way to help? Adopt a pack of ducks! You can also join our club or come check out one of our meetings.

Do You Help People In Need Outside Of Colorado?

Absolutely! Some funds are used to support other great causes and provide relief to those in need around the world. While a vast majority is used right here at home, we help to eliminate Polio worldwide, as well as other diseases. Our Rotary Club of Northglenn and Thornton has also participated in the Crutches for Africa program, water projects throughout the world, and has helped another Rotary club in Uganda. Shelter box is another program close to our heart that makes sure people have a roof over their head when they need it.
